Right of withdrawal
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days from the day you, or a person acting on your behalf, receives or collects your order. You can easily notify us that you are cancelling your purchase by emailing your request to hej@recal.se. Please include your order number and the e-mail address you used to make the purchase. Our returns system will then create a returns case with us. If you wish, you can also notify us of your cancelled purchase by letter and telephone, via the contact details you will find on the following tab: contact The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If you want to change to another model, make a clean return as above and then a new order in our store of the product you want. Cost of return shipping can be found under return policy. Refunds of the value of the goods will be made when we have received and approved the returned goods. According to the main rule in the Distance and Home Sales Act, the consumer has the right to cancel the purchase of a product or service within 14 days of receiving the product. The right of withdrawal does not apply to a custom-made product with a distinct personal touch. For example, special lengths or special drawings. It is of course possible to complain about a product with an obvious defect even though it is customised. As a consumer, you have the right to complain if the product characteristics deviate from the product description. After you have notified us that you want to return your purchase, you need to send the product back within 14 days. We recommend that you return the product in the same packaging you received it in as you will be liable for any damage or loss during the return shipping due to your negligence, for example, if the product is not properly packaged.

Return shipping for cancellation
You pay the return shipping yourself when you return your purchase. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You can also choose to pay for the return shipping yourself with another carrier if this is more convenient.

For bulky goods that require special transport, the cost of return freight is higher. The cost of return freight for these goods depends on the type of product and how it is to be transported. The maximum cost is SEK 1000. You will be informed of the current cost when you contact our customer service.
Deduction for depreciation
If the value of a returned product has been reduced because you have handled the product to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its characteristics or function, we are entitled to deduct the relevant depreciation from the refund.
Refund
Once you have returned your purchase, we will, through our payment service provider, make your refund within 14 days from the day you notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. However, we will not make the refund until we have received the product back or until you have shown that you have sent it to us.
Our refund includes any shipping costs you paid at the time of purchase. However, this only applies to the cost of standard shipping. Additional shipping costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive shipping option are not refundable.
Refunds will be made to you using the same payment method you chose at the time of purchase, unless we agree otherwise.
